We customize our repair services to meet the needs of our clients, and offer service packs for all the repair services we provide.   Although flexible, our services are typically packaged as follows:

Time & Material Service

• A “use us as you need us” concept for any of the services we offer
• Hourly-rate based, with parts invoiced separately if applicable

Contract Maintenance for Hardware & Software

• A “Break–Fix” service concept for covered items
• Flat-fee basis, invoiced monthly, quarterly, or annually
• Includes all parts and labor necessary to repair failed items
• Technician assigned to client and dispatched as requested

• Priority response given to contract maintenance clientsItems considered for coverage include most hardware, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office productivity software

  On-site Technical Staffing – Contract Agreement

• A “Full Service” concept for any area of Information Systems
• May be flat-fee or hourly-rate
• May include or exclude parts necessary to accommodate hardware repair
• May be part-time or full-time

• May be an entry-level technician up to a Certified Systems Engineer
