Subject:   We are very pleased with the excellent service we received on a printer service call July 22, 2009.

Our Mannesminn Tally printer broke down, we were having a hard time finding someone who was familiar with that brand printer to come and repair it.  I contacted Markeela Johnson and inquired about servicing our printer, she was very helpful and set up a service call for that day.  Mike Lagan was the technician that responded and he had the problem diagnosed and the part on order in a matter of minutes.  Our printer was up and running by the next day. I can't tell you how impressed we were with the service we received.  Everyone at your company has treated us very professionally and given excellent customer service.

Thanks again to Markeela Johnson and Mike Lagan for all their help, we would recommend your company to anyone.

Pattco Priority Printer Solutions Receives 2009 Best of Marietta Award

U.S. Commerce Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement

WASHINGTON D.C., June 8, 2009 -- Pattco Priority Printer Solutions has been selected for the 2009 Best of Marietta Award in the Printers category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).

The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2009 USCA Award Program focused on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.

Markeela,

I filled out a small survey a few days ago re: Pattco.  I just wanted to add that Janice in Atlanta is a dream.  In my humble opinion, you couldn’t have a better person taking service requests.  She, of course, has that great southern accent and is always so friendly.  I feel like I’m talking with someone I’ve know for years when I call.

Just wanted to share that.

P.S.  my survey praised sales and service we receive from you, Mike and Milton also!

Have a great day!
